Refund Policy

Prior to making a purchase on our website, please note that all items are final sale.  If you made a purchase on our website, you are agreeing to our stores terms and conditions and will not be eligible for a refund since all items are made-to-order. 

Although order cancellations are not generally accepted, in the occasion that you contact us back within 24 hours of purchase, we can cancel your order.  Please note that a cancellation fee of 3% will be deducted from your total order amount to cover the transaction fee's that were incurred to accept your order through our payment processor.

If you are unaware of colour options, sizing or have any other concerns, you can email us at anytime.

All ALLARA orders go through our quality control prior to shipping to ensure you receive the best quality products. In the rare event that the item(s) you receive is defective, we ask that you email us on: shopallaraonlne@gmail.com with photos showing the defect or issue and one of our Customer Service reps will get back to you within 1-2 business days with steps on how to rectify this problem.

Please note that only items received in a defective condition will be allegeable for an exchange.
